deadname
Abandoned birth name
A deadname is the birth name of a person who has since changed their name, especially a transgender person's pre-transition name.
The term implies the old name is no longer valid—socially dead.
To deadname someone is to call them by that former name, whether intentionally or not: Her coworker kept deadnaming her in meetings.
Deliberate deadnaming is widely considered disrespectful or hostile.
