dead bug
Expired creepy crawler
Dead bug is a core exercise performed lying face-up with arms and legs raised, then alternately extending opposite limbs toward the floor while keeping the lower back pressed down.
The name comes from the position's resemblance to an overturned insect: Dead bugs are great for building core stability.
Also refers literally to an insect that has died.
