collinear

On one line

Collinear describes points that lie on the same straight line.

In geometry, three or more points are collinear if a single line passes through all of them: Points A, B, and C are collinear.

The term extends to vectors pointing in the same or opposite directions.

Two points are always trivially collinear since any two points define a line.
