Pour-over refers to a method of brewing coffee by slowly pouring hot water over grounds held in a filter, allowing it to drip through into a cup or carafe below.
The technique gives the brewer control over water temperature, flow rate, and extraction time: She makes pour-over every morning with a ceramic dripper.
Pour-over has become associated with specialty coffee culture and artisanal preparation.
