Overhead grip rails
Chin-up bars are horizontal bars mounted at height for performing chin-ups and pull-ups—exercises where you grip the bar and lift your body weight until your chin clears it.
They attach to doorframes, walls, or ceilings, or stand as free-standing equipment in gyms and playgrounds: I installed a chin-up bar in the garage.
