push-up bars
Floor exercise handles
Push-up bars are handles that elevate your grip during push-ups, allowing a deeper range of motion and reducing wrist strain.
They're typically parallel bars a few inches off the ground: I use push-up bars because regular push-ups hurt my wrists.
Also called push-up stands or push-up handles.
