baby-boomer

Mid-century birth surge

A baby-boomer is someone born during the surge in births following World War II, roughly 1946 to 1964.

The generation came of age during the cultural upheavals of the 1960s and 70s, and now dominates discussions of retirement, healthcare, and generational conflict: OK, boomer.
