URI
Resource location string
URI stands for Uniform Resource Identifier, a string of characters that identifies a resource on the internet or other network.
URIs include both URLs (which locate resources) and URNs (which name them).
The API requires a valid URI for each request.
In medical contexts, URI also abbreviates upper respiratory infection. (Capitalized Uri is a Swiss canton or given name.)
