Super Size Me

Month of burgers

Super Size Me is a 2004 documentary film in which filmmaker Morgan Spurlock ate only McDonald's food for thirty days, tracking the health consequences.

The title comes from McDonald's option to upgrade meals to larger portions.

The phrase now describes any experiment in deliberate excess or self-imposed endurance testing: I'm going to Super Size Me this project and work on nothing else for a month.
