Rob Roy
Vermouth and whisky
Rob Roy is a cocktail made with Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, and bitters—essentially a Manhattan made with Scotch instead of bourbon or rye.
Named after the 18th-century Scottish folk hero, it's typically served stirred, in a coupe or martini glass, often garnished with a cherry.
I'll have a Rob Roy, up.
