Muslim community
Believers in Islam
A Muslim community is a group of Muslims bound by shared faith, geography, or both.
The term may describe Muslims in a particular place—the Muslim community in Detroit—or Muslims collectively worldwide, sometimes called the ummah.
Politicians and journalists often invoke "the Muslim community" as if it were monolithic, though Muslims hold diverse views and practices.
