Labour Party
UK socialist party
The Labour Party is one of the two major political parties in the United Kingdom, historically aligned with workers' rights, trade unions, and center-left policies.
Founded in 1900, it has formed several governments and shaped British social policy, including the creation of the National Health Service.
Labour won the election in a landslide.
Similar parties exist in other Commonwealth countries, notably Australia and New Zealand.
