yoga mat
Rolled studio floor
A yoga mat is a cushioned rectangular mat providing grip and padding for yoga practice.
The textured surface prevents hands and feet from slipping during poses, while the padding protects joints from hard floors.
Yoga mats vary in thickness, material, and portability: She unrolled her yoga mat at the front of the class.
