visual perception
Brain interpreting light
Visual perception is the ability to interpret and understand what we see—the brain's processing of information received through the eyes.
It encompasses recognizing shapes, colors, depth, and movement, and making sense of spatial relationships.
Visual perception goes beyond mere sight; someone with perfect eyesight may still have visual perception difficulties if the brain struggles to organize or interpret visual input.
