Junior or senior
An upperclassman is a student in the later years of high school or college—typically a junior or senior.
The term distinguishes these students from underclassmen (freshmen and sophomores), who are newer to the institution.
The upperclassmen got first pick of dorm rooms.
The word is American and increasingly replaced by the gender-neutral upperclassman or simply upper-level student.
