Patio jar brew
Sun tea is tea brewed by steeping tea bags in a jar of water left in direct sunlight for several hours, rather than using boiling water.
The gentle warmth produces a milder, less bitter flavor.
It became popular in the American South and Southwest as a summer ritual: We'd set out a jar of sun tea every morning.
