Skol is a Scandinavian drinking toast, equivalent to "cheers" in English.
Drinkers raise their glasses and say Skol! before drinking together.
The word appears in English contexts celebrating Nordic heritage or Viking themes, and as the rallying cry of Minnesota Vikings fans.
