sick bay
Onboard medical room
A sick bay is a room or area designated for medical treatment, especially on a ship or in a school.
The term originated in naval usage, where the bay was the section of a vessel where ill or injured sailors received care.
The captain ordered him confined to sick bay until he recovered.
