reloading

Filling again, repeatedly

Reloading is putting fresh ammunition into a firearm or fresh supplies into any device that was emptied: He ducked behind cover while reloading.

In computing, reloading refreshes a webpage or restarts software.

The word also names the hobby of making ammunition by hand—assembling bullets, powder, primers, and casings: Reloading your own shells saves money at the range.
