reconciliations

Restored harmony between parties

Reconciliations are acts of restoring harmony after conflict or estrangement.

Two people who've quarreled may attempt a reconciliation; nations sign treaties of reconciliation after wars.

The word also applies to making things consistent: a reconciliation of the accounts means checking that financial records match and resolving discrepancies.

In both senses, reconciliation brings separate things back into alignment.
