A pull-in is a place where vehicles can pull off a road, typically a small parking area or layby.
In British usage especially, it refers to a roadside café or rest stop: We stopped at a pull-in for tea.
As an adjective, pull-in describes something that extends or retracts: a pull-in antenna, a pull-in drawer.
