Pressurise is the British spelling of pressurize.

To pressurise is to maintain air pressure in an enclosed space, especially an aircraft cabin at high altitude: The cabin failed to pressurise properly.

The word also means to apply pressure to someone, urging or coercing them toward a decision: Don't let them pressurise you into signing.
