leave alone
Don't touch it
To leave alone is to stop bothering or interfering with someone or something: Leave me alone, I'm trying to work.
It can mean to refrain from touching or changing: Leave the thermostat alone.
The phrase also means to let someone be by themselves: She just wants to be left alone.
Leave well enough alone advises against meddling with something that's working adequately.
