weeknight
Not the weekend
A weeknight is any night from Monday through Friday, as distinguished from weekend nights.
The term usually implies the evening hours when people have work or school the next morning: I try not to stay out late on weeknights.
Weeknight television programming and restaurant specials reflect the assumption that people are home and available.
