One-blade snow glider
A mono-ski is a single wide ski on which both feet are mounted side by side, used for downhill skiing.
The stance resembles snowboarding but with ski boots and bindings.
Mono-skiing was briefly popular in the 1980s before snowboarding largely displaced it.
Adaptive mono-skis allow seated skiing for people with disabilities.
