paraplegic
Legs don't work
A paraplegic is a person with paraplegia—paralysis of the lower body, typically affecting both legs and often the trunk.
The condition usually results from spinal cord injury or disease.
As an adjective, paraplegic describes things relating to this condition: paraplegic patients, paraplegic care.
The term is medical and neutral, though some prefer "person with paraplegia" to emphasize the person over the disability.
