Furrow-shaping blade curve
A moldboard is the curved metal plate on a plow that turns over the soil after the blade cuts it.
The shape lifts and flips the earth to one side, burying weeds and crop residue.
Moldboard also refers to the angled blade on a bulldozer or snowplow that pushes material aside: The snowplow's moldboard cleared the highway.
