hip toss
Pivoting wrestling takedown
A hip toss is a throwing technique in wrestling, judo, and other martial arts where you pull an opponent across your hip and flip them to the ground.
The thrower pivots, positions their hip as a fulcrum beneath the opponent's center of gravity, and uses leverage to send them over: He caught the attacker with a hip toss and pinned him.
