A body drop is a wrestling or martial arts move where you throw an opponent by dropping your own body weight, using gravity and leverage rather than lifting.
In automotive slang, a body drop is a vehicle modification where the body is lowered onto or below the frame rails, allowing the chassis to sit extremely close to the ground: The truck had a full body drop and practically scraped the pavement.
