arm bar
Elbow hyperextension hold
An arm bar is a joint lock in wrestling, judo, and mixed martial arts where one fighter hyperextends an opponent's elbow by controlling the arm and applying pressure against the joint.
The technique forces submission or risks serious injury if the opponent doesn't tap out.
