gimbap
Seaweed rice cylinder
Gimbap is a Korean dish of rice and fillings rolled in dried seaweed and sliced into bite-sized rounds.
The fillings typically include vegetables, egg, and meat or fish.
Similar in appearance to Japanese sushi rolls but seasoned with sesame oil rather than vinegar: We picked up gimbap from the convenience store for lunch.
