geofenced
Virtually penned in
Geofenced describes something restricted or triggered by a virtual geographic boundary.
A geofenced app might unlock features only when you're within a certain area, or a geofenced promotion activates when customers enter a store's vicinity.
Streaming services geofence content by country: The video is geofenced to the UK.
From geofence, the invisible digital perimeter.
