forearm bone

Ulna or radius

The forearm contains two bones running parallel between elbow and wrist: the radius on the thumb side and the ulna on the pinky side.

These bones allow the forearm to rotate, letting the palm face up or down.

She fractured a forearm bone falling off her bike.
