Fondueing is the present participle of fondue, meaning to cook or serve food in the fondue style—dipping pieces of bread, meat, or fruit into a communal pot of melted cheese, hot oil, or chocolate.
We spent the evening fondueing with friends.
The spelling fondueing is awkward but standard; fonduing also appears.
