eyebolts
Ring-headed hardware
Eyebolts are bolts with a looped head instead of a conventional flat or hexagonal one, designed so that ropes, cables, or hooks can pass through the eye.
They're used for lifting, securing, or anchoring loads, appearing everywhere from industrial rigging to boat decks to ceiling mounts for hanging plants or punching bags.
The movers attached straps to the eyebolts welded onto the shipping container.
