electronic games
Screen-based interactive amusements
Electronic games are games played on devices with screens—video game consoles, computers, smartphones, arcade machines.
The term encompasses everything from simple mobile puzzles to elaborate multiplayer adventures.
Though electronic games and video games are often interchangeable, electronic games is the broader category, including non-video formats like handheld LCD games.
