Asteroids
Triangular ship shooter
Asteroids are small rocky bodies orbiting the Sun, mostly found in the belt between Mars and Jupiter.
They range from pebble-sized to hundreds of miles across.
Unlike planets, they're irregular in shape and lack atmospheres.
Scientists track asteroids that might pose a threat to Earth.
Asteroids is also the name of a classic 1979 arcade video game.
