deeds
Things you accomplish
Deeds are actions, especially significant or notable ones: good deeds, evil deeds, deeds of valor.
The word carries more weight than "acts"—you rarely hear of ordinary deeds.
In law, a deed is a signed document transferring property ownership: The deed to the house was filed with the county.
To deed property is to transfer it by such document.
