cyberslacking
Online work avoidance
Cyberslacking is using work time and employer internet access for personal activities—browsing social media, shopping online, watching videos, or managing personal email.
The term blends cyber with slacking, treating non-work internet use as a form of loafing: The IT department's new monitoring software caught several employees cyberslacking.
Also cyberloafing.
