cat leap
Agile predator jump
A cat leap is a parkour move where you jump toward a wall, catching it with your hands while your feet hit the surface below, body in a crouched position—like a cat pouncing onto a fence.
From this position you can pull yourself up and over.
Also called a cat grab.
