front walkover
Hands-down forward flip
A front walkover is a gymnastics move where the performer lunges forward into a handstand, then continues the rotation to land on one foot at a time, arching through the back throughout.
Unlike a front handspring, the legs remain split rather than together, and the motion is controlled rather than explosive: She nailed her front walkover on the balance beam.
