back walkover
Backward bridge revolution
A back walkover is a gymnastics move where the performer arches backward from a standing position, places their hands on the floor, kicks one leg over their head followed by the other, and lands upright facing the opposite direction.
Unlike a back handspring, the legs move separately rather than together, creating a smooth, wheel-like motion: She nailed her back walkover on the balance beam.
