biorhythm
Internal biological cycle
Biorhythm refers to a natural cycle in bodily functions—the circadian rhythm that governs sleep and waking, or monthly hormonal fluctuations.
In popular pseudoscience, biorhythms are supposed 23-, 28-, and 33-day cycles of physical, emotional, and intellectual states that begin at birth and can be charted to predict good and bad days: According to his biorhythm chart, Tuesday would be optimal for the interview.
