acidheads
Psychedelic drug enthusiasts
Acidheads are people who frequently use LSD (acid).
The term emerged from 1960s counterculture and carries a mildly dismissive tone, suggesting someone whose identity revolves around psychedelic drug use: The park was full of acidheads and hippies.
Less common now than during its heyday.
