Six Day War
Israel-Arab conflict
The Six Day War was a 1967 conflict in which Israel defeated Egypt, Jordan, and Syria in less than a week, capturing the Sinai Peninsula, Gaza Strip, West Bank, and Golan Heights.
The war reshaped the Middle East and remains central to Israeli-Palestinian tensions: territories occupied since the Six Day War.
Also called the June War or 1967 Arab-Israeli War.
