Russian-American
From both superpowers
Russian-American describes someone or something connected to both Russia and the United States.
It most often refers to people of Russian descent living in America, or to immigrants from Russia: a Russian-American neighborhood in Brooklyn, Russian-American relations have been strained.
The term covers cultural identity, diplomatic matters, or anything bridging the two nations.
