naturalized
Granted full citizenship
Naturalized describes someone who has become a citizen of a country they weren't born in, having completed the legal process required for citizenship.
The term extends to plants and animals that have established themselves in a region where they're not native: Dandelions are now naturalized across North America.
In a gentler sense, something naturalized has simply become accepted or familiar in a new context, no longer seeming foreign or out of place.
