Ringwraiths
Nine corrupted kings
Ringwraiths are the nine undead servants of Sauron in J.R.R.
Tolkien's Middle-earth legendarium, particularly *The Lord of the Rings*.
Once human kings who accepted rings of power, they were corrupted into spectral beings bound to the Dark Lord's will.
Also called Nazgûl or the Black Riders, they pursue the One Ring with relentless malice: The Ringwraiths shrieked as they closed in on Frodo.
