Witch-king
Spectral tyrant, ringwraith chief
The Witch-king is the lord of the Nazgûl in Tolkien's Middle-earth, chief among the nine mortal kings corrupted by Sauron's rings.
The title has become shorthand for a supremely powerful undead or spectral villain: He styled himself the witch-king of the server.
The phrase evokes dread authority and supernatural malevolence.
