Mausers
Bolt-action military firearms
Mausers are bolt-action rifles designed by the German Mauser company, particularly the models that became standard military weapons in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The Mauser action—renowned for its reliability and accuracy—influenced nearly all subsequent bolt-action rifle designs.
The rebels were armed with old Mausers.
Mauser also produced influential pistol designs.
